The room is an octagon. Inside, the room is completely mirrored. There are nine lights that emit medical UVB radiation in harmless quantities. In addition, regeneration music with special frequencies supports the effect.

During a 20-minute BLU ROOM session, you allow your brainwaves to enter frequency ranges similar to those of people who regularly engage in deep meditation. During this time, your brainwaves can enter a relaxed theta state and you relax. After just 20 minutes, you will feel relaxed and filled with new energy and joie de vivre.

Afterwards, deepen the special experience of blue light, invisible UVB radiation and relaxing music while unwinding in our relaxation room. We will also serve you a glass of BLU ROOM water, which can help to improve your relaxation.
